1. Bookings & Payments

Tours must be booked in advance via our website or authorized partners.

Deposit payment is required at the time of booking.

Prices may change without notice, once booked the price displayed is confirmed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Customer cancellations: Full refunds for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior. Cancellations between 2 weeks and 72h before the tour result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72h are non-refundable.

Refunds will not include any card processing fees charged by providers.

In the case of ticket purchases these are refundable at the discretion of individual providers and cannot be guaranteed.

Provider cancellations: Safety, or unforeseen events, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Participation & Safety

Tours involve inherent risks, including uneven terrain, weather conditions, and natural hazards.

Participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear, if you are un sure ask your guide.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We may refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior may endanger themselves or others.
4. Liability Disclaimer

By participating in our tours, you accept all risks associated with outdoor activities.

Grindelwald Tours, contractors, or individual guides are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, accident, or loss of personal property, except as required by law.

You are encouraged to obtain appropriate personal travel and health insurance before participating.
